UPDATE October 20th 2026. What is happening is that FedEx has been delivering packages internationally without collecting customs/duties, then coming back weeks and months later and billing me for them. It has cost me thousands of dollars at this point. I cant get any resolution to the matter from FedEx or Shipstation, so I am trying something different in the meantime. I am going to try GlobalPost (USPS/Post Office) international service that has the customs/duties prepaid by me. So they are already put into the shipping price. As of right now I have France, UK and Germany operational (for 1 Endgame only no additional items). I have shipped Airfoil and Endgame bags all across the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Norway, Netherlands, Finland, Croatia, South Africa, Malta, France, Ireland, Scotland, Great Britain, Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Canada. The store doesn't calculate shipping correctly so I have it disabled at this time for most countries. If you contact me directly I can put together an order with the correct shipping rate, and send you an invoice you can pay through this store.
Notice, you will be responsible for any duties/carrier fees at time of delivery. I am unsure of what those will be as they vary country to country. Be sure to leave your phone number and email address for the customs documents!
As of October 2026, the carriers have been charging me a fuel surcharge about a week after the package is delivered, so the current rates now reflect that as global fuel prices are soaring. If this surcharge gets repealed I will change the shipping rates back to where they were.
