Refund policy

I've sold over 3700 units now (as of November 2025) and shipped them all over the world.  Everyone has been extremely satisfied.  If you aren't satisfied for whatever reason, send it back and I will grant a full refund if its unused, 15% restocking fee if its used.  Most people tend to buy a 2nd or 3rd one though, after buying the first, because it makes a great gift and if you're a competition shooter, its nice to have a couple where one might have more fill than another, depending on the situation you are shooting in.  But that all being said, if there is a problem with the bag, Ill fix it, replace it or refund it no worries at all.
