B's Ultimate Bipod Mat

Originally this was my wife's idea. I was using an old clapped out door mat and one day I decided to make a new one, then after publishing a video to YouTube about how to make one, she said "why don't we just make one and sell them?" Being super busy making bags, she said she wanted to take on the challenge, so at that point we set out to design and build the Ultimate Bipod Mat! 

In the process I tested tons of different materials and this one is the absolute winner! What I wanted was a carpet material that is slick but directional, that guides the bipod skis rearward but doesn't allow them to skid left under recoil.  A right twist barrel has a natural tendency to torque the rifle left, making you have to reposition your rifle after every shot.  This mat is designed to combat that, when used with ski feet.  I prefer the Accu-Tac P-skis.  

The mat is 1/2" thick rubber and it grips the shooting surface so it stays put at all times and the handle hole is cut on a cnc water jet.  The carpet material is laser cut and attached with some serious glue, so it will always look and feel new.  This mat combined with the Endgame rear bag, and any Accu-Tac bipod with P-skis is the ultimate combo.  Add in the Accuracy Solutions BipodeXt, and you take that to the next level.
